ACE D&H Consultants Ltd has completed a horizon-scanning exercise for Synchronicity Earth’s Congo Basin Programme, engaging with partner organisations across five Congo Basin countries together with funders, advisers and collaborators connected to the Programme.

The exercise was designed to help map the Programme’s next phase and identify where its support can create the greatest value, drawing on the perspectives of the people and organisations working closest to the Programme’s partners on the ground.

Conversations spanned partner organisations across the five countries, together with funders, advisers and collaborators, to build a shared picture of priorities, opportunities and risks across the region ahead of the Programme’s next phase.
