ACE D&H Consultants has successfully delivered the midterm review of the “Landscape Management through Deforestation-Free Jurisdiction” project in Lam Dong and Dak Nong, Viet Nam. Managed by Bui Hoa Binh from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), this EU-funded initiative builds on Vietnam’s ongoing REDD+ efforts, expanding the jurisdictional approach to tackling deforestation and forest degradation.

The ACE D&H expert, Prof Aurelian Mbzibain and the national consultant Dr Giang, conducted in-depth consultations with a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector representatives, civil society groups, and local communities. The evaluation aimed to assess the project’s progress in promoting sustainable land-use practices and strengthening forest governance.
